Hi, I’m Juliette — a yoga teacher, community builder, and curious soul originally from Chicago, now based in Oslo.
Through yoga, movement, and reflection, I guide people back to the present moment so they can feel more alive in their bodies and more grounded in their minds. My classes weave breathwork, mindful movement, and intentional pauses — creating space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect.
Rooted in my own journey of transformation, I bring playful energy and compassion into every class. My hope is that you leave feeling stronger, softer, and more at home in yourself.

“Juliette’s hatha yoga class has become my weekly favorite. It is a 90-minute continuous movement, and for me it is a like a long “dance.” The meditation in the first part of the class always makes me calm, concentrated, and mindful. This happens even during days with high inner stress levels. Juliette’s voice and her invitation to be curious throughout the practice has a great impact on my mood. Her soft and concise verbal instructions throughout the class even makes it possible for me to close my eyes for longer periods. The active flow-part of the class is refreshing and hard work (if your body is up to it that day). It is also different each time. This variability holds my concentration and makes me so much stronger, both mentally and physically. Juliette is a huge inspiration for me.”
