— an environmental researcher, communications and marketing strategist, and international yoga teacher based in Oslo.

My work is interdisciplinary by nature, shaped by science, business, and lived experience. Having lived and worked across six countries, I bring an international, systems-oriented perspective to everything I do, with environmental and social sustainability as the common thread.

I work across disciplines because real challenges don’t sit neatly in one box. Across strategy, research, and movement-based work, I pay close attention to context, relationships, and what’s actually sustainable over time. I collaborate with individuals and mission-aligned teams who value depth, integrity, and long-term thinking.

At the end of the day, I believe meaningful change happens holistically—not in silos, but through work that considers people, systems, and the environments they’re part of.
