This holiday-adjusted Hatha Flow blends dynamic and static elements to create a balanced, invigorating practice. The 60 minute class begins with a grounding 5-minute meditation, transitions into a 45-minute stable, grounding flow, and concludes with an 8-minute resting pose. This sequence promotes mindfulness, strength, and inner peace.
