Strength & Stillness is a 75-minute all-levels yoga class invites you to both strengthen and stretch your body and mind. We begin with mindful movement to gently warm up the body, preparing for a blend of dynamic flows and static holds that build strength, stability, and focus. Expect a balance of fluid transitions and purposeful stillness as we explore both effort and ease. Come as you are—this class offers variations for all experience levels.
